You must provide accurate information, maintain only accounts that belong to you, and keep your login details and transaction PIN private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorised access promptly.

PROFITIX may request reasonable identity or payment verification, restrict duplicate or suspicious accounts, and suspend access while fraud, misuse, chargebacks or security concerns are reviewed.

A plan provides access to the task allowance, duration and reward terms displayed before activation. A plan purchase is not a deposit, savings product, investment, loan or ownership interest in PROFITIX.

Task availability, review requirements and reward amounts may change. Rewards are recorded only for valid completions and may be withheld, corrected or reversed where a task is duplicated, manipulated, incomplete or connected to prohibited activity.

Deposits are credited only after the payment provider confirms receipt. A pending, failed, cancelled or reversed payment does not create an available platform balance. Payment references must be used exactly as displayed.

Withdrawals require an eligible account, an active plan, sufficient available balance, valid bank details and a transaction PIN. The applicable withdrawal fee and expected bank amount are shown before confirmation. Provider reviews, bank downtime, compliance checks or incorrect details may delay or reject a transfer.

PROFITIX officially launched on 20 September 2026. Any account, plan, task or transaction created before that date is not part of the official platform.

The launch date marks the start of the first launch week described in the "Timing of participation" section below.

Members who joined within the first week of launch are considered early participants. Rewards, plan availability and platform activity are at their strongest at the start and may reduce over time as the platform matures.

If you did not join during the first launch week, you acknowledge that you joined at a later stage of the platform's lifecycle and that this carries a higher risk of loss. By registering and activating a plan after the launch week, you accept that you may lose some or all of the money you paid, and you agree that any such loss is borne by you alone and not by PROFITIX.

We repeat clearly: PROFITIX launched on 20 September 2026 and week 1 ended on 27 September 2026. If you did not join in week 1, do not join after 27 September 2026. If you still choose to join after that date, you may lose all of your money — and if this happens, please forgive us.

PROFITIX expects to crash next month, in October. This means tasks, rewards, withdrawals and the website itself may stop working at any time during that month, permanently and without further notice.

By registering, activating a plan, depositing money or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have been told this in advance and that you accept it. Any money you pay from now on may be lost completely when the crash happens, and any such loss is borne by you alone and not by PROFITIX.

You must not create false referrals, automate task completion, exploit errors, impersonate another person, use stolen payment information, launder funds, interfere with the service, or use PROFITIX for unlawful activity.

Where misuse is reasonably suspected, PROFITIX may pause transactions, cancel invalid rewards, restrict the account or cooperate with payment providers and lawful authorities.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, network or payment service can guarantee uninterrupted or completely secure operation. Telegram, banks, mobile networks, advertising services and payment providers operate under their own terms and are outside our direct control.

Never send your password, transaction PIN or one-time code to anyone claiming to represent PROFITIX. Official support will not ask you to disclose those credentials.

PROFITIX is not guaranteed to operate forever. We may change, pause or discontinue plans, tasks, rewards, fees, features or the service where required for security, business, legal or operational reasons.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and process valid obligations, but temporary outages and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect access or processing times.
